Weight loss

I’m trying to drop a few pounds. Nothing extreme, but maybe 5 or 10. I’m a server so I’m semi active throughout the day. Ive been drinking water and eating better ( I still cheat about two times a week😅) I’m currently 130-132 and I wanna get back below 125. Is there a product out there than can suppress appetite or give me an extra push? (Hydroxy cut, etc? I’m about to begin doing workouts at home that work my core. But I just need something to help throughout the day. 💕 any extra advice is welcome!
