Just a tip for keeping period regular....

I have my period every month but sometimes it will come later so I wanted to help it regulate. I did a lot of researching and just wanted to tell yall what has helped me. I drink Red raspberry leaf tea (Traditional Medicinal brand) and Green tea. I add ginger and turmeric to one or the other at least twice a week but you do what works for you. I also add cinnamon to my green tea and coffee a couple times a week. Ginger and turmeric helps regulate cycles. Cinnamon helps with Metabolism and Blood sugar regulation. Red Rasberry Leaf helps with fertility and periods. Add local honey to cover up the taste some. Honey is also good for fertility. It's helped me so much and I really just want to share so maybe it can help someone else. Good luck ladies 🍀❤🤞
