This has happened to me twice so far. Once two months ago and then again last night. I woke up super hot and sweaty and shaking with my stomach hurting. I went and sat in the bathroom feeling like I was going to throw up. I didn’t either time but both times it took about two hours before I could get back in bed and then by the next morning I’m totally fine. I have a chest cold right now, but I don’t think the nausea could’ve been caused by that.

Is this normal during pregnancy? I’ve never had it happen pre-pregnancy.

I just hit third trimester- I’m exactly 27 weeks
