Oz of solids for breastfed baby?

Just curious how much other breastfed babies are eating. My daughter is 10 months and eating 3-5 oz of puréed foods 3 times a day. The doctor said to increase but 1. she seems to nurse a lot less  when she eats more (and I want breast milk to be her primary source of nutrition until 12 months) 2. She gets super distracted and loses interest before she starts refusing foods. And we’ve tried finger foods but she just wipes them right off the table and won’t put any in her mouth. Also giving her a little water at mealtimes and she nurses a lot at night now.

My baby eats whatever we eat at breakfast lunch and dinner, on top of a pouch of purees at breakfast and dinner. I still nurse him every 3 hrs during the day so I haven’t noticed it deter him from wanting breast milk.

My 9 month old doesn’t get many solids if she’s not consuming enough formula. That’s my primary focus and I stick with it 100%. As long as your baby is gaining weight appropriately, there’s no need to keep increasing everything at this age. Our daughter doesn’t even have 3 meals a day and her doctor isn’t concerned one bit. I let my daughter lead there.

Try nursing first every time. Then if she seems like she could eat a jar of baby food, feed it to her. I literally never fed my son that much baby food. He’s gonna be 10 months next week and this morning he had a 4 oz bottle of breastmilk, then 1 scrambled egg which he didn’t finish, a little bit of turkey sausage crumbles, and a little bit of shredded cheese. He will only get solids maybe one other time today. But other than that I am focusing just on breastmilk or formula (if I need).

My daughter eats about 3 jars of food at daycare (4 oz) & oatmeal for breakfast. She drinks close to 24 oz of breastmilk/formula at daycare also. Somedays she’ll eat 1-2 more jars at dinner time & some days she’ll just nurse. The past 2 nights she didn’t want any food, just nurse

We don't even always give my 9 month old solids everyday. When we do, it's a 4 oz container at dinner time and then 2oz of a container in the morning with 2oz of cereal and then he breastfeeds/bottle feeds in between those. We do give him the small finger food snack and bites of what we eat as well. We have tried water in a sippy and he doesn't like the sippy cup at all not even with milk. The dr. Didn't seem too concerned with his weight or how/what we feed him.

My son will be 10 months in 10 days and currently his routine is:
nurse first thing in am
-Breakfast at 8 am (4 oz yogurt along with cut up blueberries or grapes and Cheerios) 
-3-4 oz expressed bottle after first nap
lunch about an hour later (4 oz pouch with cut up grapes or berries, cut up string beans or broccoli and chicken or beans or cheese) 
-after second nap 3-4 oz expressed bottle
-snacks such as wafers or crackers or Cheerios -530 when he has dinner (similar to lunch and usually includes what we are having for dinner) 
-nurse and bedtime by 730
He needs to have finger foods with his meals because about half way through a yogurt or pouch he will get very upset if there isn’t something there for him to start picking at. Maybe try different finger foods to figure out what she prefers? My son definitely knows what he does and does not like and will pick out the things he likes or be very hesitant when he sees something new on the tray.

Your baby is almost a year it's recommended to gradually begin to increase the intake of solids. it will still be the primary source of nutrition for now.
