TTC after mirena ??

I finally got somewhat of a period last month after having my IUD removed the month prior. This month I still had an irregular period, compared to how they were before IUD.

My periods use to be atleast 7 days and pretty heavy.

And now they’ve been more like spotting for only 4 days. I thought I had ovulated last cycle- temp spike, positive opk.

But could these short periods mean my body still adjusting? Or do I still have a chance of conceiving with these shortened periods?

Why is it so hard to make a baby when you want to, and some people just get pregnant by someone just looking at them 😫.
