I'm in the same boat my cycle literally have been on point every 40 day I get my period. So should I worry bout ovulation?  I know me having 40 days cycle I skip a month so I have my period for three months then miss a month and it continues like that. So that month I don't get my period should I not try?

Mine are a consistent 45 days the occasional day early or so
