20.30 Sat on the sofa watching tv relaxing, I'm exactly 38 weeks today and all of a sudden I feel like I've wet myself. I rang my sister for her advice And while on the phone to her another puddle came down my leg. Hospital told me to come in and at 21.30 my contractions started and they sure let me know it, out of nowhere I went from pain free to having contractions every 2 mins, by 1.30 I gave in and took the epidural and now I'm waiting for my beautiful little boy to make an entrance into this world! The lesson learnt here ladies, don't be scared to deviate from your birth plan I was convinced I was doing this with gas and air and in a pool and got neither, when your in that much pain you'll do anything to make sure your baby arrives safely, fingers crossed won't be long now xx
