Afternoon & night sickness

Anyone not suffering morning sickness but very random waves of sickness in the afternoon (before dinner, empty stomach) and the same at night. 🤢 I haven’t been sick yet but my stomach is rumbling and churning 😷 it’s mid night here and all I want to do is go to sleep!!
