My baby has tiny little red bumps on his chest. I thought it was his laundry soap (dreft) so we switched to tide sensitive and that made most of the redness go away. I've also tried leaving him topless to make sure it wasn't from sweating but there wasn't any change. I don't think it bothers him too much, he does get fussy with certain clothing. To me it kinda looks like the beginning of eczema, is there any baby washes that would help it and not irritate it more? He's currently using baby dove.
