Headaches in second trimester?

I’m 15 weeks and I’m experiencing these small but frequent headaches. Any natural ways to relieve them? Pre-pregnancy, with these type of headaches, I would just sleep. However, now that I’m pregnant I think its hunger related.

I will drink a TON of water then lay down for a nap (if possible). it usually helps. I've been getting headaches nearly everyday

Drink more water! I wound up getting more headaches when I got pregnant, and increased my water intake and they went away. It sounds like such a simple thing, but when I forget to drink water, my head is one of the first things to suffer.

Eat a good meal, like make you full type meal. And sleep if you need to sleep. You can take Tylenol, that’s the only way my headaches went away.
