Late period..

I was on nexoplanon for 2 years & never had a period on it, I got off of it last October, of 2017. I got a period 3 weeks later and had a period once a month, but here recently I haven’t had one since January.. it’s March.. and I️m not pregnant, I haven’t had sex and I️m not on any birth control.. I️m scared I’ll bleed randomly any day now 😭
