Can you still get cramps and be pregnant?

I’m supposed to start my period today 3/10 but got slight cramps 3/9 and so far just spotting.  I am fairly regular so I’m just curious if cramps are a sure sign of not being pregnant?  Should I give up hope now, or continue to hope that AF won’t show her face??? 😬😏

I was and still am crampy at time, but my whole tww I cramped so much I thought I was out and ended up getting my bfp. Good Luck and Baby Dust

Yes you can that is a sign of pregnancy. So is spotting.
