20 & doubting relationship

He's so mean to me sometimes. He acts like I can't do anything right. Won't help me pursue my dream of graduate school so he can go to one of his choosing. He wants to buy a house for a short period of time. I just want to continue renting if it is only going to be for 3 years. I want to get back to my old city with a job or a city with the job I had. I went to do my undergraduate with him becausee he didn't want to go to my school. I live with him. And I want to do something for myself. He thinks since I am a woman all I should do is clean. He always complains about how messy it is and that I have to do everything for the pets. Help. Advice. Should I stay or should I go? I just need advice not asking for absute life plans!
