Personal Trainer Mamas how’d you do it?

First time Momma over here and I have a demanding job as a personal trainer that doesn’t give a ton of wiggle room for breaks and frequent snack times.

If any mama’s out there have some tips on how they did it, what helped and what didn’t, etc. I’m fearful I’m not getting enough food or water in my system to keep my nugget protected. Thanks!
