confused

So went to the doctor's on Thurs and they took a blood pregnancy test and it came back positive but at 7% .. So they check my progesterone and that was low at 4 . They gave me medicine to bring it up . on yesterday I was having pain on my right side and this morning I wake I am bleeding . I don't know if I am having a miscarriage ?
