Managing Early Pregnancy Hunger
Hi ladies, so I’m 5 weeks today (I believe) and I’m having trouble feeling full. So far no nausea or food aversions - but my problem is that I’m HUNGRY. Like... hungry hungry. All the time. I just finished breakfast about a half hour ago (2 slices of toast with peanut butter, banana slices and chia seeds) and my stomach is already growling and I already feel like I need to eat again. I don’t want to put on all this weight already bc I can’t stop eating. Any advice?
