First trimester, first baby!!!


So my boyfriend and I have been trying to convince for about 5 years and finally I am pregnant. I am said to be 5 weeks and 6 days. The entire time I’ve been super sick can’t hold down any food other than liquids... sometimes... even water makes me vomit. I’m concerned about how much nutrients I’m getting and wanted to ask everyone what I could do to be more healthier. Also, my clinic scheduled my first appointment in April and that’s a bit far. Even tho I am early should I be taking some type of prenatals? I just feel like I’m getting weaker everyday and it’s kind of to the point where I wake up really hungry try to consume something light and throw it back up. I’m out of ideas I need a bit of help.
