Postpartum bleeding
I noticed that if I’m up all day moving around then the bleeding is lighter but if I lay down for a long time, it comes out darker. Is it just from sitting for so long? They told me to watch to make sure it doesn’t go from dark to light to back to dark. I’m assuming if it did, I’m bleeding too much? I see my OB in two weeks
