Sephora vs Ulta
This is my first time ever shopping for good quality make up!!!
I'm excited but also naive. I know NOTHING about quality makeup.
So right now I have no makeup on and would like to go to a store that will help show me my options and either let me apply the makeup or they apply it for me. Do the stores offer this option?
