Beach Trip?

Okay so right now my baby is about to turn 1 month this up coming tuesday, Well this summer i wanted him and i to go to the beach, around that time he should be around 5 months. I am honestly clueless & i am new to this mommy stuff. Has anyone else taken their baby around that age and if so what did you take & do you have any tips/advice?

Super easy! Lots of toys, food, diapers and wipes. Don’t forget sunscreen, sun hat, and other forms of shade you have. I also brought out DockATot for nap times as well. My friends bring a whole beach tent for their little ones haha I also make sure to have hand sanitizer and extra wipes. I’m not a germaphobe by any means but between the sand, salt water, and people, they’re always great to have! Really the big things are sun protection and keeping them hydrated throughout the day. Other than that, it’s only as stressful as you make it.

I brought a tent and a boppy. She was closer to 2/3 months but she laid in the boppy in the tent. Also, check with your dr. Mine said no sunscreen until 6 months but to obviously keep her out of the sun. Have fun!

Toys, food, umbrella, towels, swimsuit and swim diapers if you plan on getting in the water, sun glasses are always fun and sun hats. take tons of pictures and have Fun! :) we've been going to the beach since 3 months old and it's so much fun.

Shit I took my son to the beach at 3 weeks old. Make sure you have some sort of tent for sitting on the beach because the baby shouldn’t be in the direct sunlight. Also probably a hat and another really great thing we got was one of those spray water bottles with the fan on it. Helped to keep our LO cool while being in the stroller or carrier.
