Af !! I’m 10dpo currently woken up with spots 😩😩 this is a normal sign I get before af ! I’ve taken a test and it’s negative

I think, please see photo. Does this mean I’m out again this month? I could cry! Who new it would be sooooo hard to get caught pregnant!! I really thought it could be this months as I was using OPKs and tbh have had two pregnancies (unplanned where I got caught straight away) 😩😔🤷🏼‍♀️ why!!!! And advice or input to help me next month would be greatly appreciated!
