Fmu question
So I’m getting ready to enter my t sting window and need some advice about fmu. My youngest still doesn’t sleep all night so I usually get up around 3 or 4 am and end up peeing then because otherwise I can’t get back to sleep Still go again when the oldest wakes up around 630. Can I still consider the 630 pee as fmu or should I test the 3/4 am one? I don’t drink anything in between. Just trying to decide which will give the most accurate results.
