Blister on newborn? HELP!😔

Does anyone know what this is...my son is 2 weeks old and it showed up about a week ago. I can’t find anything on the internet but it could be blister from breastfeeding and rubbing against my skin or clothes.
Any ideas? Should i take him to doctors!?
