Cervical Mucus at 16 Weeks - Photo included TMI sorry in advance!

Hi ladies - today while going to the bathroom I was pushing (constipated) and noticed that this CM was in toilet. There was no blood when I wiped but I’m anxious and want to know everything is okay. It’s been a few hours and there’s no blood or anything else. Has anyone had any experience with this?
