TTC, need help

I’m 21 and TTC, I’ve been with my fiancé for almost 3 years, and we’ve NEVER used protection and I’m not on the pill, and I’ve never been pregnant. Now that we want to conceive, I feel like I need to start taking something to help me conceive being that after 3 years with no luck, I probably need to. What are some stuff to do to help me fertilize? Please and thank you.
