What could this be?????!!!!!!

Hi, i’m 15 and haven’t had anything this bad. 
i was recently 32 days late for my period, i had cramps so bad i couldn’t breathe and all i could do when they were done is just sit there. I’ve finally gotten my period, and i’ve soaked through a tampon already and i’m pretty sure im bleeding so much that i can’t stay awake. I’m still having the cramps but theyre longer. i have no idea why this could be happening.

My younger sister had something similar happen to her recently & it was from a cyst that burst on her ovary...I'm NOT saying that's what you have because I'm no doctor. My sister was put on different birth control and is checked monthly to make sure body is responding ok to it. But bleeding that much and struggling to stay awake sounds alarming, so if I were you I'd go to the doctor!

I feel ya I had period earlier than you so I already got use to I I guess? ヽ( ´¬`)ノ  At first there was so much blood it constantly distracted me a lot but after a few more months of having to go through hell, I do not think of it as much
