Is this too much milk?
I’m a vegetarian momma to be, and before being pregnant, didn’t consume dairy products either. However, since being pregnant, I’ve craved dairy products such as cheese and milk.
I can’t drink white milk because I don’t like the taste, but chocolate milk has been a stable in my diet since being pregnant. I drink 2 16oz glasses of 1% chocolate milk a day. I use an organic chocolate sauce to make the milk with (which I know is still high in sugar but it doesn’t have corn syrup in it) and only use enough to turn the milk into a light brown color.
Does this sound like too much milk? It’s a great source of protein for me, as again, I don’t eat any meat products. Don’t want it over do it though!
