Sleeping with a tampon?

Is it safe to sleep with a tampon in. On the weekends i sleep like 8-10 hours (during the week way less) Anyways i‘m kinda worried if it‘s too long

I wouldn’t do that unless you are on a heavy day. Otherwise, wear a pad or cup since that’s safer.

I don’t think it’s safe, or sanitary, to keep it in that long. Maybe if you trust yourself to put an alarm on and wake up to change it in the night, you could?

I do it if my flow is insanely heavy that I would otherwise have to get up during the night to change and I’m sleeping about 7 hours. 
I’d only suggest you’d do it if you’re supper heavy that it will disturb your sleep, else it’s not worth it.
