What made you keep fighting for the relationship?

I would always have him in my life because of our daughter. I also believed our problems could be fixed, but if he wasn't going to do his share of the work, just string me along, and let his parents keep butting in then I was walking because I had to respect myself even though I'd always love him.

I really had let go. Papers were printed and a lawyer appt made. He made his plea, not through words, but actions.It's been a process. I never thought I'd trust him again, but he's proving to be the man he promised he was.We've had setbacks, but the respect is there and now we're stronger than ever.

No not really.  There have been times i have seriously considered leaving for the night and not talking to him.  But i have never even done that.   What always stops me from leaving is i think about how my life would be in 5 years if i do.  And the idea of me not being with my DH, trying to raise the kids in a shared custody, makes me ill.  Not to mention i hated being single, hated dating. 
Make yourself take an honest evaluation of your life before your SO.  Look at your life 5, 10 years from now.  Do you really think you will be happier with out him?

The day before I found out I was pregnant I did. I was also extremely hormonal and just looking for something to be mad about. We made up the next day when I found out. Haha. But it was really just me being hormonal, not really our relationship.
