I ripped off her umbilical cord 😣😫

I feel absolutely terrible right now. I had my daughter four days ago and I was holding her burping her on my shoulder without a onesie and she slid down my chest and it ripped off her umbilical cord, she didn’t cry and it didn’t bleed but I’m worried has this happened to anyone else and it was ok? Do I need to do anything?
