I had sex last week, and lots of saliva was involved

and I got a mild yeast infection. I took diflucan three days ago and the symptoms are gone but when I stick my finger up there and check there is still a little yeasty discharge. it's mostly gone but it smells weird. Not like yeast and not strong, but not very nice. Can diflucan make you smell a little?? Could it be BV?

No grey discharge, mostly clear
