nope. it's a personal wall you put up inside your head and that belief is probably something that's been imposed on you by outside influences related to how you were raised and what you were taught. you can get past this if you really want to. but some people can't or won't accept that making themselves feel this way really isn't necessary. think about it. who does it harm if you have an orgasm? you are not depriving anyone of anything when you take that moment to just be good to yourself. there's also really nothing dirty about it. you're just telling yourself you think there is.
