I need advice...

Over the summer I was going from dark to blonde and caused a lot of hair breakage at the crown of my head and have been growing it since, trying to get back to my usual hair style, which is a between an angled or stacked bob.. the front part is not past my past my chin yet but I went to the salon yesterday (new stylist that my sister recommended) to get a heavy foil and haircut.. I told her that I wanted an angled bob and that’s the style I was working toward even though it is not long enough in front.. after paying $320.. this is what I left looking like!! I am so pissed I sent her a message and she said that we need to work toward it little by little?? Wtf.. I’m pretty sure I could have gotten a shorter version or at least shape up the back to get rid of the mullet look...She literally cut the ends and that was it.. haircut alone was 60.. what do you think?? And am I wrong for thinking I could still get this style with the front being this short??
