This BFP seams too good to be true yet...

I have PCOS with irregular periods and had a miscarriage on Thanksgiving 2017... I just got a BFP with my rainbow baby... Let's just hope this one develops into a baby and not another blighted ovum a little scared and nervous... Hoping to get beta test done next week and an ultrasound by my OB...
