Carrying grocery bags?

I carried a couple of quite heavy grocery bags this morning and have had backache and some mild cramping ever since - should I be worried?? I am 5 weeks + 3

No, your still early in the pregnancy.

If it’s something you did prior to pregnancy you should be fine as long as your not bleeding.

I wouldn't worry. if you have bleeding, let your doctor know. I live on the 3rd floor and had to carry the groceries up the stairs all during my second trimester as hubby was going through some health issues that prevented him from helping. No problems other than some sore shoulders here and there.
