Rhea, Raya, or Reya?

(Pronounced ray-uh)  My husband and I are set on naming our second daughter Rhea but we're not sure on which spelling to choose. My husband likes the original Greek spelling Rhea, I do as well but I'm also worried about diarrhea jokes as she gets older.

I've always loved this name too, but confused on the best way to spell it.  I voted for Raya, though i wonder if Rayah would be a good way too?  Good luck, it is a beautiful name!

Raya I would pronounce Rie-uh (Rie as in Rice) similar to Maya. 
If you want Ray-uh like Ray of sunshine you have to go with Rhea or Reya.

Rhea may get pronounced wrong at first. My initial reaction is ree-uh. But that being said no matter what you name your kid someone is going to say or spell it wrong at some point. I choose Raya bc thats how the little girl I know spells its.

Rhealynn is my daughter's name and we have NEVER had an issue with people not knowing how to pronounce it. Kids can be cruel with any name. It's a beautiful name with a powerful meaning, that's why we kept it
