Cramping since 7 this morning..

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I haven't announced it yet or have been to the doctor. My 1st appt is June 22.  Yesterday in the morning I went pee and the was pink spotting. It later went away through out the day but I started cramping occasionally it would come and go. This morning I woke up with cramps and they are starting to get strong on and off. I went to the bathroom and there was pink spotting again and no it hasn't gone away when I wipe. It seems like there is more every time I go pee.. Is this normal or has anyone experienced this I'm scared. I plan on going to the er tomorrow if it still continues. I don't have a doctor to call or any way to get to the hospital right now. Please help
