I'm spotting/lightly bleeding but it's 4 days before my period is due. I've been really emotional and my breasts are sore. Could I still be pregnant?

I had very light brown spotting 5 days before my period was due, starting from 7dpo and intermittently through 10dpo. Got my bfp 12dpo (but didn't test earlier). The spotting was accompanied by cramps
