Before Kate had her baby (knew the sex) they had the rule changed so the first born would be next in line regardless of whether they were male or female.

How could it be? I’m 99% sure the Queen is a woman.

Just because the current queen (only because she had no brothers) is obviously a woman, and they have changed the rules to allow female heirs in order of birth rather than gender, doesn't stop so many other areas of the British monarchy from being sexist.
A male position in the monarchy is still considered higher than a female position. A king is still a higher rank than a queen, which is why when Elizabeth 2 got married her husband had to be made Duke not king because if he became king he would automatically outrank the biological heir to the throne. Whereas if a king marries his wife will become queen because it is a lower rank so she is no threat to his rank. A duke is ranked higher than a duchess, a lord is ranked higher than a lady. 
If it were truly not sexist it would make the ranks equal, so a king and a queen would hold the same rank, a duke and a duchess would be the same, and a lord and a lady would be the same.

Ok, in which particular way? Succession- not any more- they say that Kate is treated like a prize pony by the press etc yes! ‘Flaunting’ her bump- like she has a choice to detach it?!?

How could it be? Before it simply followed the law of primogeniture. Prince George was born and before that the law was changed. Now it Charles, William, George Charlotte, New baby, Harry, then Andrew and his kids, then Edward and his, princess Anne and her kids and grandchildren. Not sexist at all, simply the way its done.

The only thing that can be considered sexist, is that the children of a female heir, who does not take the thrown, will not carry a title.
