Best face cleanser?

So recently I have been breaking out, with black heads included I don’t have time to be putting on a full face mask all the time. So I bought this face wash that I heard lots of great reviews (Cetaphil gentle cleaner) unfortunately it’s doing nothing for my skin but making it super oily does anyone have any other recommendations?
