Sex positions while preggo

I'm only a few weeks preg and we haven't had sex since I found out I want to but aside from being extremely tired I'm nervous to do it. We usually have sex doggy style (my fave) and sometimes it does get rough. I know a week ago (before I found out) we did and I had cramps afterwards and I don't want that again.
