I woke up this morning with this rash all over my face and barely on my neck. I'm currently 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my second child. It doesn't itch unless my hair is brushing over my face so I've been trying to keep it off my face. No burning either. It's like it popped up overnight. My face was fine yesterday and last night. I didn't have anything like this with my first pregnancy and no one in my family has had. Neither had my friends. I did call my doctor's office and talked to the on call doctor since it was the weekend and I was told that unless it gets worse or starts itching or I spike a fever, then it shouldn't be anything to worry about.
