Placenta bleeding

Carol • Mother to a 8 and 4yr old . And newly pregnant with my first daughter

I just came from the hospital and was told I have bleeding around the placenta ; has anyone ever dealt with this ? The Dr said my ultrasound looks great and my baby still has a strong heartbeat .
