So confused!!!

7 days late with AF, took a test at 9 DPO and 2 days late with AF and got a BFN both times. Now my breasts are so tender, swollen, huge veins, slight cramping, lower back pain, have been nauseous at night for 5 days and had flu like symptoms all week! What should I do?!?! Could the test have been wrong at 2 days late???
