Still very active at 38 weeks pregnant

Alright, so I have been very active my entire life but when I got pregnant, I was extremely scared that would change. My first trimester, I hardly could do anything because I was so tired all the time. Plus I felt like absolute crap! But right around 13 weeks, something changed! I was working out consistently everyday doing an hour or weights and an hour of cardio ( just walking at a 15% incline at about 3.8mph).

My eating habits have improved so much! I started craving plain Greek yogurt with a little bit of honey, berries, and nuts. I rarely eat out because I have been super satisfied with the food I have been making at home.

With the working out and eat habits, I have only gained 11 pounds and am 10 days from my due date. That doesn’t mean that I don’t have days where I just sit around watching Netflix and drinking homemade frosted lemonades or eating tons of Coco Krispies with soy milk, but I have changed my lifestyle. I feel so great and Pancake (my baby’s nickname) is healthy!
