Natural labor inducing remedies ?
So I know the usual walk & have lots of sex type of remedies but I’m currently very single and very much not seeing anyone and walking is some what too painful for me I was wondering about evening primrose oil I have been taking 2 orally but haven’t really used the vaginally is it more effective orally or inserting it in the vagina? Also how effective is primrose oil to the moms who used it did you see results?
