when they do something gross and you still like them. when they can be vulnerable around you and you still think they're strong. when they hit rock bottom and you still want to stand beside them. when you've been together for a while and they can still give you butterflies. after a while, you just know.

It’s just there. It’s just natural. It’s just something u don’t have to question or think about. It’s comfortable

i knew because I didn't want to stop talking to him, and every day I got to see him was better because of that. and then we went through a lot of challenging things together (sickness, family death), and that's when i knew for sure.
