Rasberry leaf tea??

Has anyone has any success with raspberry leaf tea I've heard sometimes it can cause really painful Braxton Hicks contractions and when would it be a good time to start taking It??

It’s meant to help tone your uterus, can’t say it helped with #1 but I’m drinking it again this time 🤷‍♀️

I’ve been drinking it since before I got pregnant. Never stopped drinking it either. I don’t have any reactions to it but everyone is different. It’s used to tone your uterus and help with menstrual cramps so it’s harmless. When in doubt talk to your doctor but I believe you’re fine :)

I started drinking it around 36 or 37 weeks. And I never had painful Braxton Hicks. I mean I always had them since like 22 weeks but they never got worse with drinking the tea. It’s supposed to tone your uterus and make your contractions more effective which can result in a quicker labor.
