Pregnant after miscarriage

Kelley

Hi ladies!

This is my third pregnancy although I’ve only had one successful pregnancy. I am like most completely freaking out about every little thing since my miscarriage. I am only 5.5 weeks along and my first doctors appointment is in a few days when I’ll be 6 weeks. I’m having a hard time remembering what’s normal since it was awhile ago that I was pregnant with my first. A few questions:

do I need to worry if I haven’t experienced nausea yet? I did right away during my last pregnancy. Right now I only have crazy fatigue, very hungry, and heavy/sore breasts and frequent bowel movements (sorry TMI).

Also my appointment is when I am exactly 6 weeks. Has anyone else seen/heard a heartbeat at exactly 6 weeks? I’m so worried I am not going to because it’s still early.

Any tips on staying calm and at peace while pregnant after miscarriage? No offense but I can’t hear people say “it’s going to be okay” because I was told that before my miscarriage and it about broke me when it turned out everything wasn’t okay. I am looking for legitimate tips on keeping calm.

Thanks for the help!
