This might be a really dumb question...
I don't want to bug my doctor's office too much so I thought I would ask you. They said to drink 8-10 glasses of water/fluids per day to stay hydrated and help build up the amniotic fluids. Is that just straight water or does milk and juice count? I am having a hard time drinking straight water, but I love milk and orange juice right now! Mostly the juice. I'm having a hard time keeping anything else down. I've been staying away from pop and stuff like that.
I thought they said at my first appointment that a lot of fruits will count towards my intake since a lot of them are juicier and have more water in them, but I want to be sure. I've been getting the low-acid orange juice.
